Duplex Modern

An alternative design study for the same Fairy Meadow site, exploring a modern duplex typology. Each dwelling is designed to feel like a standalone home with its own identity, while the paired composition creates a unified streetscape response.

The design prioritises cross-ventilation, private outdoor spaces, and efficient circulation, all wrapped in a refined contemporary envelope. Apeiron Building Designs provided end-to-end support including concept design, 3D renders, and development application documentation.
